Casting Kit
Here's a few photos of the first set of castings I ordered from Kennions in England. The horn blocks are not in the photos as I had them already machined. This complete order with shipping was about $950 U.S. dollars in June of 2015. I consider this a real bargain.The grey castings are cast iron and the yellow ones are bronze. The same amount of material from an equivalent U.S. supplier would cost more than twice this price and bronze would not even be an option. I do not know why castings are so much more in the U.S.
